  1. The management is not responsible for any loss of goods, cash or valuables..
  2. The occupants of the room shall be responsible for the breakages or losses made to the company and the charges should be borne by the occupants.
  3. In case of generator failure, Candles will be provided
  4. Amount once paid as advance will not be refunded.
  5. Customers are requested to produce their I.D Proof and Address Proof on arrival. ( PAN card not accepted )
  6. Guest's photos will be taken on their arrival please Co-operate.
  7. 100% Payment should be made in advance on arrival for the entire duration of stay.
  8. Only married couples are entertained, Up on arrival guests is found to be an unmarried couples we reserve all the rights to cancel their booking.
  9. Guest's I.D Proof and Photos will be shared with police on their demand for the same.
  10. All disputes shall be resolved at the exclusive jurisdiction of  Madikeri, Karnataka State, India.
